GIS Afterschool Cooking Program
Our goal is getting kids excited about healthy food and getting into the kitchen. Each class will focus on the creation of healthy recipes, learning cooking techniques and light nutrition education.
Food will be predominately organic and 100% plant-based.
Please notify the instructor at registration of any food allergies.
April 6th-June 1st
No class on May 25th, Memorial Day
Includes: all food supplies, cooking equipment, nutrition education, cooking instruction, recipes at each class, robust snacks each class and a cookbook at the end of the term
