Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

 

If you cancel at least 21 days prior to the start of class: Your payment will be refunded in full.

If you cancel within 8-20 days of your scheduled class: We will issue you a credit towards a future class. No refunds will be issued.

If you cancel within 7 days before the class: No refunds will be issued. You will be eligible to put 50% of the registration cost towards a future service with Love & Plants. While it is not in our nature to say no, we are not able to offer a full credit, transfer or refund for last-minute illnesses or conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. 

 

If Love & Plants must cancel a class: If Love and Plants must cancel a class series due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the choice of receiving a refund for that particular class or receiving a credit towards other offerings.

Weather related cancellation: We will default to the school weather policy. If there is no school there will be no after school program. If there appears to be inclement weather at the end of the school day that could put our teachers, students or parents in danger we will make a determination no later than 2 hours prior to a class if cancel will be cancelled. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every attempt to notify you by phone and/or by email using the information you provided to us upon registration. No refunds will be issued for individual classes that must be missed or cancelled due to weather.
