The Truth About Coffee

For those who participated in my recent water challenge this may be a refresher for you, but for those who did not this information is so vital I knew I had to share!
Coffee can be quite detrimental to our health, not because of the coffee, but because of what comes in your coffee. Most coffees include:
Now, one cup of coffee containing the above contaminants isn't a huge danger to your health. However, if you drink a cup of coffee a day, or multiple cups a day (statistics say the average person drinks 2 cups of coffee per day), you are facing serious health repercussions.
The good news is that you don't have to give up coffee to avoid these contaminants! You need to upgrade your coffee that is void of these risks. There are companies who text for these contaminants, but be warned that most companies do not. My favorite is KING Coffee from Organo. This coffee not only avoids contaminants but also is infused with reishi mushroom. The reishi modulates the caffeine in your coffee to give you steady energy as opposed to the jolt that most coffee gives. If reishi mushrooms aren't for you other coffee brands I know test for contaminants are Purity and Kion.
